My weight always rises after a good workout. Not worried, it's all muscle being built which will in turn burn off more fat.
79.0 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
