Good morning FS friends! Been hovering between 126.2 and 126.4 lately. You mean I CAN increase my intake and not immediately gain 5lb? I'm ok with this. Gonna hold out at 1400Cal with workouts every other day and see how that holds up. Arms are a little tired today but not sore - so I'm ready to hit the gym this evening. Still getting my 10k steps every day.Today is the last day before my final exam. 🌻
57.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
