Had a good food day yesterday! Just gotta keep it going that way, that's where my frustrations come into play. It took such dedication and hard work to get where I'm at that I get scared when I gain 3lbs...In my head, 3 lbs will become 5 lbs, 5 will become 10 and so on ..j😲
60.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good going, Diana! And I totally, totally get what you are saying. Terror used to grip me when I went up a couple pounds. I'm worried right now because I'm up 4 over goal. I have enough faith in myself now after a couple years of maintaining, but I still feel the fear I will lose control and lose all my "losses" and "gains." It is really hard this week for me. My darn knee is making me stressed on top of many other stresses. I need a few really good days of eating and I'll feel better. 😁 We've gotta do this! ❤️

Totally understand this! I have been on different weight loss programs over the years. Did Weight Watchers, Sanford Profile, Slimfast, Nutrisystem. All of them I lost the weight but gained it back. I joined a gym and follow macro's from my coach and strength train 3x a week. The trainer knows my history so I weigh in weekly and I turn in my Fat Secret Journal once a week. Helps me be accountable but I freak out if I go up 3#. How tall are you? I see we are about the same weight.

Redporchlady, I'm 5'6" and 63 years old. I feel best when I weigh 132.. my nutritionist would like it if I threw my scale away..lol. she is more about how I feel and what my measurements are. I try to weigh once a week and I'm successful if my weight is on point but if I gain I'm back to weighing everyday...

Diana, I think my trainer would say the same thing. He only wants me to weigh in at the gym and not worry about my weight because he said it will go up and down 1-3#s on any day. I still weigh myself daily! LOL Keep at it- you are doing great!
