Pizza one day. Sodium from Chinese food yesterday (no rice, noodles, or egg roll--just veggies and pork). Ah the price I pay!
85.9 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
