Can’t explain this. Oh well life!
I’m having cheesecake today, but eat under calories. I usually Lise of my protein is higher than my fat.
91.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
