I'm only off 5 pounds from my master schedule and I've gone from 3 squares a day to 2 squares a day until I get back on schedule. Plus the water consumption is really helping.

Everyone keep up the good work and stay true to yourself. Remember, we are what we eat. I have got to google these "Anti-Inflammatory Foods" to see if will help get rid of some nagging aches.
100.0 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week


Comments 
Any food containing processed sugar (many breakfast cereals etc) is very inflammatory! If you don't eat those, you're already much better in that respect :)
