It's been hovering in the range from 137 to 139 for the last month. I am in a one month program where I declared my weight as 138, so I'm making it that here, too.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
