The scale is my friend today. There's not much else to report. Slow but steady improvement on my foot and mobility. Hubby getting crabbier and crabbier. I'm going to attempt to brew a pot of coffee. I'm very much looking forward to the Olympics. Once they start there will at least be something in tv.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Injuries are hard to deal with. I managed to get three injuries in a two week span. Sprained left wrist. Sprained right thumb, bashed my knee and it has been swollen and had massive fluid buildup. It’s not easy to stay positive or focused on my goals. You seem to be keeping a pretty good attitude despite your injury, it is inspiring and you should be proud of yourself!

Thank you @Megzwithazee. I hope your injuries heal up quickly. On the plus side, since you're at 3 you should be done getting new ones for a while. Today is probably the most down I have been. The past three days I was feeling really good, and today between Hubby being crabby and my foot just feeling gross (causing waves of grossness that's not unlike feeling seasick), I'm over it.
