Still losing some. I can feel this is the time to be a bit more vigilant. Travel this week (first time since CoVid ). One of the things I like about travel is the opportunity to sample local foods. I guess the word “sample” is the operative.. I do note that pull-ups continue to improve. I now lift more than half my body weight. I even tested back to the level of assist that I began the journey…yes I can feel marked improvement… just work the plan Bill, work the plan…
101.4 kg Lost so far: 33.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
