I've been maintaining well in spite of laxness and the deficit kept. Figures seem to be off......I am happy with the new lighter version of me which is the important thing.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
