Up a tiny amount....earlier weigh in....2 sandwiches yesterday 🥪🥪

It's very hot today, (it was 95 degrees) but not too bad on the shaded patio. I walked out to talk to one of my sisters on the phone. The birds joined me....splashing in the birdbath & flitting about.

I met my other sister for lunch. We went to O'Charley's & both had the California chicken salad. I ate one yeast roll...no butter. They looked so tasty sitting there in their little basket 😋 I decided since I was going out for lunch to skip having a bagel for breakfast. I had coffee & a bowl of fruit.

When I got home I sealed up the salmon & chicken for the freezer....forgot to leave a portion of either for dinner tonight. So I think I'll cook the turkey kielbasa in the fridge.

Enjoyed catching up with our neighbors at the Tomato Supper/ Park concert last night. We picked up another neighbor to ride with us since her husband was out of town. The weather ended up being quite pleasant for the evening.

Hubby & I started watching the Netflix series "The Queen's Gambit" last night. Not sure why I thought it was a movie, before. 2 episodes in....really good!

Gonna grab my book...almost finished....& read til time for our walk.
