Added some fruit, vegetables to meals so a .5 gain due to higher carbs. Wednesday was 3rd day this week to check in with Lindora weight loss clinic. I have paid for maintenance having completed a program some time ago. MY maintenance benefis are dai)y Mon-Fri visits for support and a B12 a week. I paid for the year so have benefits a bit longer. In August I can choose to auto renew or pay just for labs and doctors review and continue to check in without B12. My current plan expires in October.
