Struggling right now. Eating terribly right now. Weekdays are better than the weekends, and given that this was a long weekend and valentines I have really had too much food overall, not to mention chocolate. Should exercise tonite, but its already so late. :(
73.7 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
