I don’t think they have plateaus there… time to get serious Cannboys, how about increasing your intake of green leafy vegetables 🥬 and cutting down carbs from grains? That fancy black rice might be lower g i, but it’s still carb intense. Huge volumes of low carb, low calorie, multicoloured, micronutrient packed vegetables 🫑🍅 🥦🌶 🥒🥕🥦🍆 and berries 🫐🍓🫐🍓 don’t forget the lemon juice 🍋 in your first glass of water in the morning and with all meals

I’m actually a healthy weight for my height, so although my diet could be tweaked a little, this weight isn’t something I’m unhappy with
