It's been raining most of the day off & on. Spent some time reading...watched a half hour TV show I DVR'd.

I put Venison stew in the slow cooker this morning for dinner....carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, sweet peppers & onions, garlic, along with fresh rosemary, basil, sage & oregano from the garden.

I mixed up a fresh batch of deer repellant & sprayed during a break in the rain. Overall the plants have been left alone , but they appeared to have nibbled on some Yarrow so I decided I better do it. I'd hate to discover the daylillie buds or the caladiums that are finally growing were munched.

Almost time to feed the 4 legged kids and have dinner ourselves.

Hubby picked up a couple of Redbox movies while he was out....so movies tonight.
