Thanks to all. Celebrated the 4th with husband and daughters. Walked around town. Ate out. Nice easy === No fireworks yet!!???

66.7 kg Lost so far: 44.5 kg. Still to go: 0.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 6.4 kg a Week
