I am really struggling with letting go of so many carbs. I do okay in the mornings but after I eat something, then soon I crave carbs--even when I eat a small protein/fat meal like egg/cream cheese "pancakes" with I added sweeteners. More like a plain omelette. At church, there are donuts but I don't plan to eat any because then for sure I will crave carbs. Happy celebration of our nation's independence this weekend.
