so everyone knows my calorie intake max is set at 2100 fault, I'm 36 and I'm just a touch over 6'0.
self discipline will take you all the way. don't eat just to eat, if you miss breakfast don't double up on lunch because "you're starving" just eat a normal size meal. Still feel hungry? a bowl of fruit will do the trick, feeling snacky a plain bowl of popcorn will work. there's so much alternatives. do better research, find healthy nutrition doctors to guide you along.
