Thank you Fat Secret Family for all your support and advice. I think I will go back to weighing in weekly. I get nuts if I see the numbers on the scale go up when I've been working so hard. My behavior this week is a perfect example of that. Hopefully if I weigh weekly there will be less craziness. Thanks again!
