A surprise lower weigh in this morning. My calories came in, in line even though I enjoyed dinner "out" yesterday. Everything in moderation....Grilled salmon with dill, Pork tenderloin, carrots with more dill ☺, green beans with bacon, onion & feta, pasta salad (more feta) & yellow rice. All of our Book Club members are also good Cooks! I had a generous spoonful of all the sides. Dessert was Tres Leche cake with fresh blueberries, strawberries & raspberries. Beverages...one Sparkling Seltzer & one glass of red wine. I did enjoy a glass of merlot with Hubby after I got home.
Book Club was fun. We have an eclectic group...a retired teacher that grew up in South America before moving to Atlanta, a retired Flight Attendant (International), a College Professor/ Department Head, a retired banker/ airline administrator, a former Washington post staff member (retired) are among our group. Conversations are fun & interesting.

Tomorrow night a music group we like is scheduled to perform in our town's monthly First Friday Concert in the Park. I'm hoping the weather cooperates...Rain forecast early in the day but I think it's supposed to clear up late afternoon.

I did my yoga routine & an abbreviated exercise routine. Not sure what happened but I started feeling nauseous. I'm not sure if I was hungry, got to hot or the citronella candle I was burning bothered me. I've been lighting it when I do my routine on the deck & it hasn't bothered me before. I did eat my lunch & my tummy seems to have settled down.

Since Hubby brought me lunch today (Quesadilla) I'm planning a light dinner of tuna salad on a green salad.

I puttered around in the yard earlier...watered a few plants, etc. The birds are frolicking today 🐦😁 Busy at the feeder & splashing in the bird bath 🛁

Walk in about half an hour...
65.0 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
