Borderline shocked. I made a boo boo yesterday. I failed to have a meal planned for yesterday's work lunch, so I ended up just throwing together something real quick in the morning. I knew it wasn't going to be enough food, but I didn't know what else to do in a pinch (I'm very much a creature of habit).
So by the time I was off work I was hangry! And when I got home, I did what Noom calls "storm eating," just kinda mindlessly eating crap.
I plan to do better today, and make sure that there are enough leftovers for me to prepare a more substantial lunch for tomorrow's workday.
110.3 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
