iVE BEEN KEEPING A JOURNAL BUT NOT TRACKING CALORIES. i AM ACTUALLY DOING MUCH BETTER THAN i THOUGHT i WAS (@#$%CAPS LOCK!!) So that is some welcome news! Pretty carb heavy though, however, I never bought in to severly limiting any one thing..except fat. I think its more about caloric intake and activity.
