Surprise this morning! I ate over my goal calories yesterday...at least I think I did...I had to estimate the gyro & salad I ate for lunch. And I didn't get home in time to join Hubby on the walk with the dogs. I did walk a lot while I was out, though...all around the antique store that is quite large. Then around Old Navy & Wal-Mart. And all around the property when my sister was showing me all the landscaping changes she had done. Thankfully she has had this to distract her during the slow progress of her Apartment build. I got to see what is done so far. She's waiting for the wood trim to arrive (that has been on back order) so the doors can all be installed. Then the rest of the work can progress.

I am enjoying her living close enough for impromptu lunches & afternoon visits to happen. It's just sad she had to lose her husband for this to be the case.

It rained overnight & we've had showers off & on today. I puttered around in the house a bit. It's sunny now and I decided to have my afternoon snack....popcorn...on the deck while I perused a magazine. I should do my exercises before we head out for our walk. I had a low grade headache earlier but it seems to be gone now. I've been having them off & on for a couple of days. They go away if I take something but I wish they wouldn't start at all.

Tilapia for dinner...maybe corn on the cob with it.

Ok....think I'll grab my mat & actually exercise instead of just talk about it 😏

I did a slightly abbreviated yoga/ exercise routine. It was thundering so 2e decided we better get the walk in before it rained. Back from our walk...false alarm....at least for now. The threat of rain did make it more humid than it's been.
