I'm leArning to slew down my mind and to listen to the often self ddztructive voice in my head. the running schedule helps
to keep me focused. I was not able to run the 3miles yesterday because my thin splits hurt too much. I did the elliptical instead for 36 minutes. hoping I can figure out a way to continue to train! I'm definitely "back on track", though, and out of the funk. I think a major trigger is the little voice, and I'm liking Bob greenes strategy of the 15 minute wait.
83.2 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
