Very small loss -- at least I am maintaining!
My blood pressure has been a disaster for the entire week -- mid 120s systolic at the lowest, high 130s at the highest, all in the morning! My diastolic was fine except for one day when it was in the 80s. It was hot the past week, but not that hot and not every day. And I have only had a couple of short nights (which usually raises my morning BP). So I don't know why my systolic is not in the 110s like it usually is. It is frustrating.
The Montreal Canadiens are playing in the NHL playoff finals for the first time in 28 years, at last! I really hope they win the Stanley Cup, but I am worried because of the Tampa Bay Lightning! The Canadiens always seem to lose big time in playoffs when they play against the Lightning, but I am still hopeful they get to score a win this time.
Super lame weekend and Monday weather-wise -- lots of humidity, rain and thunderstorms coming up. It has been sad and cloudy outside since yesterday, and the rain also started yesterday in the evening. Well, it can't be sunny everyday!
