I did well yesterday, and ended up a few hundred calories below my goal, but still high enough. :)

I was gonna end my evening with a piece of chocolate. It was sitting in my fridge calling me. I did have the calories to spare for it, but I opted out - actually threw the chocolate in the trash, making sure to smudge it in leftover food - just to make sure I would not change my mind. It worked. Once it was "gone", I lost the cravings.

Hopefully tomorrow, I will be "rewarded" with a little extra weight loss for being strong. :)

Life is good.
122.2 kg Lost so far: 32.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
