I am 50 years old... I believe I am going thru Menopause and this past year I have quit smoking and my husband and I are learning to live after his heart attack has disabled him. Last year I actually spent a month dieting and exercising and gained 10 lbs... I gave up then for a little while. I now have to seriously get to work... I need to lose at the very least, 40 lbs! getting started next week. will make an effort to journal every day and hopefully start seeing the results I need to keep on going!
