Starting a maintenance phase at around 160-162lbs for 2-3 months to take a break from dieting.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Apparently that will allow your body to re-set its set point at your current weight, rather than your start weight, as well, which should make your next round of weight loss less difficult. No down-side!

Yes as long as I don’t regain any weights. Maintenance is also a difficult phase if not the most difficult one, at least in the first few weeks. Anyways I’m pretty happy with the results and I doubt i’ll diet down any lower then this as I’m sitting at around 10% body fat atm.
