I've eaten a lot of salt lately, so I ain't trippin' I haven't lost anything.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

since I am low sodium and have to take 2 g of salt a day I've always wondered if it makes me retain water but without it myself and that don't rejuvenate or do whatever the heck they're supposed to do best of luck

I believe the math is something like for every gram of salt about normal usage can retain around 2 cups of water; which is nearly 2 pounds. (Pardon the rounding errors)
