I lost a total of 12 my first month. I am so happy. I learned that after 2 weeks on Atkins you must add nuts. The nuts add extra fat that helps you eliminate stored body fat. Caffeine does not affect my weightloss and I eat Good!

Yesterday made a month of Atkins and I have lost 12 lbs. I made a mistakes which may have caused me to loss less, but it's ok because my goal is 10 lbs a month.
One of my no nos are sugarfree jello pudding, it has 6 net carbs and I really don't t
98.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
