Well, I est sauerkraut against inflammation. It helped me, plus no added sugar products, no processed foods. Get better soon!

It’s chronic. I have SLE Lupus and 7 other autoimmune diseases. I’m Aldo mobility impaired. I eat sauerkraut. I use a lot f vinegar. Just extremely hard when you are t well. Lupus causes inflammation in every single cell in your body. Thanks my friend. 💜
