I did have a few more calories than last week but not alot and I'm getting alot more steps also. Not trying to get lower just trying to lose a few more inches but when you've been a dieter all your life your brain tells you if you add calories you will gain. It's hard trying to change what you've gotten use to all your life.
46.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
