stayed at my parents for 2 weeks, ate a lot, and was super surprised i ended up going down 2 pounds after it! I always felt like my eating habits were getting worse, but i think i can safely say it’s slowly getting better. Gotta keep working on it! Recent discovery: salads are delicious!!!!
