I have walked but skipped my toning/ yoga exercises for the past 2 days. Yesterday I cleaned the Adirondack chairs cause they had gotten dirty from all the rain & being under the trees. That led to watering the gardens. Then I rearranged some of the potted plants and yard art. Before I knew it, it was late afternoon & I had just enough time to have a snack before our afternoon walk.

Today, I slept late due to having pain in my legs overnight & not sleeping well. I think they were caused by the exercises I did on Monday. I know I need to keep doing them so my legs get in better shape & hopefully aren't hurting. I needed to go to the library, buy some cards & groceries. By the time I got home...again ate a late lunch (Hubby brought me half of his lunch...half a chicken sandwich & 3 onion rings) while catching up on a TV show. We went on our afternoon walk, then I fed the dogs. I gave all the plants a spritz of deer repellant then made dinner for us.

Tomorrow I need to pot some plants I picked up today then for sure do my exercises. Maybe I should exercise first 😏

Dinner tonight was Tuna salad lettuce wraps.
