Eating right while traveling to FL to visit Dad was a challenge this weekend. Especially on Sunday when we were stuck in the airport for 9 hours with bad food choices :(
87.9 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
