I think I'm breaking through my plateau! :) To go through that was frustrating.

I starting drinking green tea recently, mostly because I watched an old episode of Dr. Oz where he talked about ways of getting rid of belly fat for women over 40. The three tips he offered was (1) eat (more) cheese, (2) don't be afraid to consume more fats especially unsaturated fats (olives, olive oil, and avocados are just a few excellent sources of polyunsaturated fats), and (3) drink green tea. Well, I'm not over 40, but the tips are working just great for me. I can tell a difference in how shirts and blouses are fitting more loosely and more comfortably around my stomach. YAY!
134.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
