I did an update....hit the wrong button & it all disappeared 😒 So....after a 3 day break from my toning /yoga routine I got back at it today. It was quite warm when I went out on the deck to get started. I watered some plants & swept the deck. A storm blew up off in the distance....cooling it off enough to make it threw my routine. I've gotten a walk in everyday, including today.

Busy weekend....updates tomorrow.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
