Today is back to work, and let me tell you, the last two weeks of school are the hardest to get through without a sugary treat (or several). My planted treat is low fat Greek yogurt with jam.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
