Well even with the starting ups, downs, and frustrations of moving into my first apartment and with roommates on top of that, I managed to get back on track with my exercise, meal planning and prep to help me lose a little of 3 pounds. 💥💥🎉
96.6 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
