The weight is coming off slowly, but the inches are dropping fast. High protein, lower carb diet and weight training 5 days a week. I feel great. Joints not sore anymore. Feel limber and light. I don't miss the milk and bread so much. I do occasionally have some bread, but very limited. The only concern I have is that my fasting BG is higher than my non fasting BG. BP has dropped 10 pts on the bottom end...now maybe I can drop a BP med.....sweet!
117.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
