At this point I really should know better than to weigh myself every morning. Once a week gives a much truer representation of where I am. But I just can’t help myself 🤷🏼♀️ And so, I must deal with the random, makes-no-sense ups and downs. I ate OMAD yesterday and hit all my activity goals, and still the “up”. Oh well...slow and steady wins the race 👍🏼
