I lost about 600g since yesterday. A big drop, but still not to the lowest I have been recently. This is just getting back to where I was after a massive fluctuation weight gain yesterday. I gained a whole kilo, and now I am trying to lose it again. And I will.

This happens all the time - no fear, no panic. Just gotta get it off again.

Maybe tomorrow I will have lost it - I hope so.

Life is good.
