This week I focused less on calories and more on healthy eating and exercise. Altogether, I biked 30km this week. That is probably nothing to people who exercise, but it was a lot for me. I can't wait for some of the soreness to go away so I can go again!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Rather than thinking in terms of kms (which, to me, makes it sound like a contest; it’s not) why not in terms of: X minutes / exercise session of “fat - burning,” of “cardio,” or of “peak exercise rates?” Even the fitness “champions” here had to start somewhere! They will be cheering for you just like everyone else. 💕

Very nice! It's rough in the beginning but very soon you should be able to ride 30km with no soreness at all.
