I’m gonna use this app to journal. While I’m trying to do weight watchers. Although I’m not following weight watchers very well right now. Definitely feel like crap since I stopped low-carb. Since the move everything is been a mess my diet all over the place but my weight I was sort of maintaining itself. Today I’m making a conscious effort to increase my activity. I’ve extended my step goal to 2000 a day which is still pitiful. I am now concentrating on walking more at work being that the weather is so much nicer. I want to try and do some strength training if I get the chance at house. I have to try and eat better incorporate more fruit into my daily regiment and vegetables being that only watches their free. This morning I do away with the eggs for breakfast and will have egg salad for lunch. I had a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast I actually got a good nights sleep last night but my ears are ringing terribly today and I’m not sure why
123.2 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 50.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
