These last 2 weeks has bee amazing I've lost 10bls in 2 weeks thanks to hard work and dedication. Key thing is to go hard and not give up... #IcanDoit :)
86.4 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
