I haven't worked out in over a week. I had a horrible head cold that is still lingering. I'm gonna try yoga tonight, Zumba Tuesday and Wednesday and yoga on Thursday. Then next week hope to start running in the morning three days a week and the elliptical for 30 mins 3 other days. Nice to see the scale move a little. Plan to have that remaining 7 gone by middle of Feb.
