I had been away for a graduation and celebrating the opening of the world BUT got back on track this week and really would like to hit the 140 this week. I was drinking last night and I am usually lighter the next day but we will see tomorrow.....
Been having a sweet tooth but intermedate fasting has been keeping things pretty much in control of the weigh. I eat after 1pm til about 7pm abd try not to eat carbs after 5pm. Eat plenty of veggies and some food and lots of protein
