Maintenance and happy 😃

Still training for the upcoming MURPH. I will only attempt the half, as the shoulder can’t withstand the pressure from pull-ups.

Half is:
• .5 mile
• 50 pull-ups
• 100 push-ups
• 150 BWS
• . 5 mile
