My blood pressure was extremely high last week. Now I have a referral for a doctor plus I'm on asprin regimen and a low cholesterol/ sodium diet. Bye bye morning eggs :(
113.3 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
