Oh the effects of sitting in a car for 18 hours over the course of 3 days... drove kids to my parents so they could visit and do some activities with their cousins while hubs and I took a shopping date to get some new clothes/style; he convinced me that crop tops look good on me (along with the rest of my family). Why does one feel nearly naked while wearing a crop top with shorts but while wearing a skimpier bikini you could care less what people think/see? I don’t know, now the hubs is encouraging a naval piercing since I have the wardrobe for it anyway, I’ve always liked/wanted one but the mommy guilt/stigma around being a mom and being conservative is still ingrained in my head, along with the idea that I’m too heavy/overweight for such things. I’m hoping for more movement this week and less binging on the not so good stuff as we get ready for our first camping trip starting on Friday.
